What are OKRs?
Updated:
In short
OKR (Objectives and Key Results) is a goal-setting method: one qualitative objective and 2 to 5 measurable key results, reviewed periodically, usually quarterly. On a resume you can mention OKRs when you reached or defined goals in a team that uses them.
What does an OKR look like?
Illustrative example. Objective: "Improve the support experience". Key results: "Average first response time under 15 minutes", "CSAT above 95%", "Cut repetitive tickets by 20%".
How do I put one on a resume?
Tie a bullet to a key result: "Hit 3 of 4 quarterly key results for the support team, cutting first response time by 40%."
